Ariana Blue -
Designer | Stylist | Planner
A cultivator, organizer, and artist. With over 10 years of event design experience under her belt, working in wedding, catering and nonprofit industries, Ariana has seen it all. Her story with design begins at FIDM—an art school in San Francisco— where she studied visual communications and graphic design. Ariana has worked under well-known San Francisco event planner, Marilyn Ambra, and Southern California catering empire Eco Caters. New opportunities eventually brought Ariana to Colorado, where she co-organized 8 fundraising events at a national nonprofit called Greenhouse Scholars. There is nothing she loves more than seeing everything come together amidst all of the chaos.
A world traveler, she has been to 30 countries and counting. Ariana loves spending time in the kitchen with her husband, taking Finn (their chocolate lab) on long hikes, camping, and creating memories with good friends and family.
Ariana is a born entrepreneur. Once she has her mind set on something, she goes for it. From the sparks of this fire, Moss & Blue Creative was born.
Garrett -
Designer | Execution Assistant
A poet, artist, home chef, mixologist. Garrett loves to create experiences, and more importantly he lives to create them for others. Garrett brings more than a decade of special events experience to Moss & Blue. The summer before attending UCSD for his undergrad, Garrett began working at UCSD Catering, where he spent then next four and a half years working his way up to leading the execution of the largest campus events—graduations, charity events, weddings and fine-dining. After graduating, Garrett broadened his expertise by working for various event companies over the next six years, including Coast Catering, Culinary Concepts, and Eco Caters. Additionally, he worked for Stone Brewing Company for nearly seven years, running all their on-site special events, wedding and festivals. As a lead creator for Moss & Blue, Garrett brings your experiences to life. He consults on tasting menus, beer and wine pairings, and dreams up your perfect signature cocktails. He builds out custom event features and lends his event problem-solving expertise every step of the way.
